90-Day Return Window
We give you an ample 90 days from the delivery date to decide if you're over the moon with your Luna Cabana items.

Upon submitting this form, our lunar specialists will review your request and get back to you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return shipping instructions.
1-Year Warranty
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products, offering a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. If your product shows signs of a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Exclusions
Customized items, clearance merchandise, and discounted offers are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are also not covered by the 1-year warranty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 21 business days.
International Returns & Warranty
We accept international returns, but the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. The 1-year warranty is also applicable for international orders.
